Community Groups

Community Groups are basic Christian communities—literally the “home meeting” of the church. The pattern for such regular fellowship comes from Acts 2:46-47, “Every day they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple, and broke bread from house to house. They ate their food with joyful and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. Every day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.”

At Epiphany we say we are a church of small groups not a church with community groups. We believe that community groups provide three things:

  1. A place to connect with others.

  2. A place to protect each other.

  3. A place to grow together.

We believe every person is created with God-given potential to make a difference in the world. Community Groups are a place you can grow with others to become more like Jesus and reach the potential God has put inside you.
