Come kick off summer and celebrate the Wilmington community with Epiphany at our Good in the Hood Summer Kickoff Fest on June 8, 2024. As the school year wraps, we want to bring the community together for a day of fun in the sun, a basketball tournament and practical giveaways. ☀️
Join us on Bancroft Parkway right behind our church for a family-friendly fun time, including:

How can you get involved?
We believe that real change happens when we all come together. That's where you come in! Here are a few ways to participate – choose 1 or more:
Epiphany members - Sign up in Church Center TBD
Volunteers: We’ll need all hands on deck the day-of the event. Your Wonder Team leaders will help coordinate sign-ups related to your area. Partner churches, you are welcome to join us day-of. We will have opportunities to help package giveaways and donations right before the event.
Donate food: Consider donating hotdogs/hamburger buns, small bags of chips, water bottles or other non-perishable food items such as condiments (ketchup, mustard, or relish) that can help us create an enjoyable time for our attendees.
Donate summer fun supplies: Sports supplies (footballs, basketballs, or soccer balls) water bottles, sunscreen or any other supplies that would help protect our little ones while they enjoy the sun this summer.

Set up a table: Request vendor space to advertise your business or organization with a decorated table or tent. Bring samples and/or resources to let people know about your ongoing support of the Wilmington community. There is no charge for having a table or tent.
Volunteers: If you and/or your team would like volunteer hands-on, we will have opportunities to help package giveaways and donations right before the event. And we will need plenty of volunteers day-of.
