What if we could do greater things — together?
We’re living in a time when the world feels fragile, community is questionable and basic needs are not guaranteed.
This presents a great opportunity for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, just like the very first “church people” did in Acts.
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.”
When Pastor Derrick looked at the book of Acts, he saw that the early believers “were together.” That same call belongs to us. We’re called to belong together, to give together, and to glorify God together — so that heaven and earth meet right here in Wilmington.
At Epiphany Wilmington, we believe the church isn’t just a building — it’s people gathered, giving, and glorifying God side by side. God is still building His church through togetherness.
Hear the Vision
“I’ve been thinking about the kind of church we’re called to be…” — Pastor Derrick Parks
The Together Campaign is a two-year journey to expand our capacity to serve, give, and glorify God — together.
Our goal is to raise $250,000 over two years, above and beyond regular giving, so that we can do greater things for God’s kingdom — in our community, our city, and our world.
What Together Means
Three simple rhythms that change everything.
Gather
We don’t grow alone. We gather to belong, heal, and become.
What Together Looks Like in Action:
If 5 e-groups this year. That means at least 40–50 people finding consistent community and spiritual family. If those groups pray together just once a week, that’s 200+ collective prayers every month rising for our city. And every new group started means new friendships, new accountability, and new faith stories in Wilmington.
Give
We open our hands so no need goes unmet — our generosity fuels God’s work in Wilmington.
What “Together” Looks Like in Numbers
If 100 people increased their giving by $100 a month,
that would generate $120,000 a year — or $240,000 over two years.
That’s nearly the full goal of our $250,000 Together Campaign.
When we each do a little, God does a lot.
Glorify
When heaven’s values meet Wilmington’s streets, God is glorified and the kingdom expands.
1 Greeter can help 15 people feel seen the moment they walk in. 1 Kids volunteer can plant faith seeds in a dozen young hearts each week. 1 Production or Worship volunteer helps hundreds experience God’s presence. When 100 volunteers serve once a month, that’s 1,200 moments of grace every year.
Our Capacity for Greater Things
90 bags of school supplies donated this summer
30+ people joined daily prayer
3 new school initiatives launched with Bayard Elementary
20+ baptisms in 2025 (more than the previous two years combined)
Every dollar, every prayer, every act of service helps us do what the early church did — care for needs, disciple believers, and bring heaven closer to earth. The Together Campaign fuels everything from family support and outreach to future ministry space and city partnerships.
Here’s just a glimpse of what we did in 2025.
Imagine if we could do even more …

I have questions…
That’s great. We may not have every answer, but let’s talk.
Q: How long does the campaign last?
A: The Together Campaign runs from Giving Tuesday 2025 through 2027.
Q: Where does my giving go?
A: Every dollar fuels ministry that gathers, gives, and glorifies — from family support and outreach to discipleship, prayer, and Sunday worship.
Q: What if I can’t give much?
A: Start small — even $10 a week matters when we do it together. God blesses faithfulness, not amounts.
Q: Is this campaign only about money?
A: No. Giving is one expression of generosity, but Together is about hearts and hands devoted to God’s work — in prayer, service, and presence.
Q: What if I’m nervous to join a group?
A: We understand — trying something new can feel intimidating. Every e-group at Epiphany is built around warmth, honesty, and grace. You’ll meet people who are learning, growing, and praying just like you.
Q: What happens in a group?
A: We pray, study scripture, share life, and check in on each other. It’s not a class — it’s community.
Q: Do I have to know a lot about the Bible to join?
A: Not at all. You just have to show up and be open. Each group grows together in understanding and faith.
Q: What’s the commitment like?
A: Groups usually meet every week for about 2 hours in homes of our members.
Q: Can I start a group of my own?
A: Absolutely. We’ll help you with materials and leadership support — because community multiplies when people take initiative.
Q: I don’t have a lot of time — can I still serve?
A: Yes! Start by serving once a month or even at one event. Every act of service helps someone experience the love of Jesus.
Q: What if I’m not sure where I fit?
A: We’ll help you find your lane. From greeting to kids, production to prayer, there’s a place where your gifts matter.
Q: Do I need experience or training?
A: Nope — just willingness and a heart to help. We’ll equip you with what you need.
Q: Can I serve with my family or friends?
A: Definitely. Serving together is one of the best ways to deepen relationships and glorify God at the same time.
