21 Days of Prayer & Fasting 2026
January 11 - 31
F.I.X.E.D.
In 2026, God is calling us to be a F.I.X.E.D. people—fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. These 21 days are our shared starting line: a simple, steady invitation to draw near to God together through prayer, fasting, Scripture, and community.
Why we’re doing this
In 2026, we’re choosing focus. For 21 days, we’re setting aside distractions and comforts—so we can become a people who are:
Faithfully focused on Christ
Intentionally intimate with God and one another
eXemplary in our pursuit of excellence
Enduring in our joy-filled engagement
Devoted to whole-life discipleship
This is a season to reset our hearts, strengthen our faith, and practice a kind of togetherness that carries into the rest of the year.
“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Why We Fast
Fasting isn’t about earning God’s attention or proving our discipline. It’s about creating space—so we can hear God more clearly and respond more faithfully.
We fast because:
Fasting helps us refocus. When we remove distractions and comforts, we’re reminded of what truly sustains us. Fasting trains our attention back to Jesus.
Fasting deepens our dependence on God. It gently exposes the things we rely on for comfort or control and invites us to trust God more fully instead.
Fasting aligns our hearts with God’s purposes. As we pray and fast together, our desires begin to match God’s—both for our lives and for our city.
Fasting prepares us for transformation. We fast not to change God’s mind, but to allow God to change us—shaping our character, clarity, and obedience for what’s ahead.
